Network automation in open-vendor network environments | Keynote from racksnet® at TECHWEEK2019

From 13 to 14 November 2019 leading representatives of the IT sector will meet in Frankfurt am Main at TECHWEEK2019 | Cloud Expo Europe.

In Germany, the TECHWEEK trade fair is regarded as the most important event for innovative business applications in the cloud. World market leaders, IT visionaries and users will be discussing opportunities and paths through digital transformation. The areas of network infrastructure and automation play an important role here.

With the automation solution from racksnet®, IT networks can be analyzed, planned and automated (including IoT networks) independently of hardware manufacturers such as Cisco, HPE, Huawei or Cumulus (Linux). This creates new possibilities, not only for other interesting manufacturers such as Dell EMC, whose network devices are now being used for the first time at TECHWEEK2019 with a racksnet® solution, but also for the increasingly attractive whitebox solutions.

Another unique feature is that no scripting (CLI) is required for the configuration of complex infrastructures with the racksnet® software. All entries are made via a graphical user interface (GUI), drag & drop and numerous templates. Playbooks can also be easily and quickly integrated into the cloud based application of racksnet®.

The racksnet GmbH was founded in 2017 by former Cisco and HPE managers with the aim of managing and automate IT networks without the need for proprietary programming languages or scripting. In the meantime, the SaaS-company located in the Tech-Cluster Eschborn (Hesse) offers its customers a unique, easy-to-use, cloud-based, cross-manufacturer automation software.
